Automation in manufacturing is not just about robots, controllers, measuring instruments, and sensors. A significant portion of tasks involves other processes, including non-manufacturing ones, where the goal is collecting and processing digital data. This is often where the term “digitalization of manufacturing” comes into play. Developments in these areas have led to the rise of low-code – no-code platforms, which allow users to create new applications by configuring and selecting components from ready-made templates and libraries. Low–code–no-code platforms are becoming increasingly common in the industry due to their undeniable advantages, such as accessibility for personnel without programming skills, fast development of new applications, low development costs, and more.

Discover the latest low-code – no-code trends in Western Europe and globally on September 30 at a webinar featuring Jesse Meijers, a leading expert from Triggre.
