The Ukrainian IT company IT-Enterprise and the Ukrainian Dual Technologies Cluster have concluded a Memorandum of Cooperation. The purpose of the partnership is to consolidate efforts for the technological strengthening of the defense-industrial complex, the development of the production of defense products, including dual-use, and the accelerated introduction of artificial intelligence in Ukrainian developments. 

Within the framework of the Agreement, the Parties will focus on information partnerships, preparation of joint educational and expert activities, as well as the exchange of technological experience. The main focus of cooperation will be the automation of processes for manufacturers Defense and Military Tech, the introduction of the AI-assistant IT-ENTERPRISE factory to optimize operations and cover the shortage of engineering personnel, as well as expert support of relevant projects and initiatives. 

‘Today, the Ukrainian Defense Tech is moving from piecemeal or small-scale production to systemic growth. IT-Enterprise has already helped to automate and digitize technological processes in more than 50 defense companies in Ukraine. Combining efforts with the Ukrainian Dual Technologies cluster will allow us to pass this experience on an even wider range of specialists and turn point solutions into a stable industrial capacity to strengthen the country’s defense capabilities, ”he stressed Oleg Shcherbatenko, founder and CEO of IT-Enterprise. 

For its part, the cluster emphasizes the importance of combining engineering developments with system control, not only to change the situation on the battlefield and work for the future of dual-use products, but also to enter international markets. To do this, defense companies must demonstrate the transparency of management, cost control and full traceability of investment use.
