APPAU service providers catalog starts work

This week, APPAU held its first founding meeting with the companies included in the APPAU service providers and EDIH KYIV Hi-Tech.

This is not just a list of solution suppliers, but a new mechanism of practical cooperation. Enterprises will gain access to proven expertise and technology, and service providers – to new customer requests, pilot projects and opportunities to scale their own solutions.

The catalog should become an environment in which the needs of industrial enterprises turn into specific projects faster, and competition is supplemented by partnership and joint development of the market.

IT-Enterprise develops AI agents for predictive equipment maintenance

Team IT-Enterprise launches over 20 AI agents each year, focused on solving specific business and production tasks of customers. One such solution was Anna Maly – AI-agent for Predictive Maintenance.

The solution continuously analyzes the operation of industrial equipment, detects potential deviations and predicts malfunctions. This allows companies to respond in advance to risks and reduce the likelihood of unplanned downtime.

The practical work of the AI-agent was presented by CEO IT-Enterprise Oleg Shcherbatenko during his speech at Dou Day. The case demonstrates the transition from experiments with generative AI to specialized agents integrated directly into the production processes of enterprises.

IT-Enterprise presented the results of digitalization of training for more than 20 thousand DTEK employees

Another area of IT-Enterprise development is the digitalization of corporate training and knowledge management. The company presented the results of the implementation of the integrated HR module and LMS with AI Assistant in DTEK Group, where digital HR processes cover over 20 thousand employees.

As a result of the company’s implementation, halve the time to coordinate new employees, create a single multilingual knowledge base and automate the annual evaluation of staff activities. The system also helps to monitor the professional development of employees and use the accumulated internal expertise to form a personnel reserve.

According to IT-Enterprise, the demand for such solutions is growing against the background of staff shortages and the need to transfer corporate knowledge faster. In the first quarter of 2026, the company’s projects in the field of HR-digitization were decisions for Raiffeisen Bank, Oschadbank, Credit Agricole Bank, NIBULON and DTEK Group.

Thus, the LMS is gradually moving from the role of a separate tool for learning to the digital system of knowledge management, adaptation and development of employee competencies.
