IT-Enterprise: AI-agent reduced the processing of Ukrposhta documents from 20-25 to 2 minutes 

IT-Enterprise presented the practical results of using the AI-agent to automate Ukrposhta document management. The case shows how artificial intelligence can take over routine operations in large companies, where thousands of documents need to be processed every day.

Ukrposhta works with about 300,000 suppliers and receives about 1,000 documents a day, and at the end of the month their number can exceed 5,000. Previously, manual processing of one document took an average of 20-25 minutes: it was necessary to find a counterparty, check the contract, compare the nomenclature, enter the number, price and taxes.

Now a significant part of this process is performed by AI-agent IT-ENTERPRISE. It recognizes data from the scan, analyzes the context, compares information with corporate directories and enters it into the system in about 2 minutes. Thus, automation allows AI to transfer a significant amount of routine work, leaving employees with control, expert evaluation and decision-making.

IT-Enterprise presented to KPI students a practical experience of scaling AI-assistants in business 

Experts IT-Enterprise continues to share practical experience of AI-transformation with future technicians. At the III Summer School of KPI ‘Artificial Intelligence 2026’ AI-analyst and expert UA Tech School IT-Enterprise Alexander Ochkasov presented to 170 participants the results of the development of the AI-assistant factory companies.

Today is close 45 active AI-Agents IT-Enterprise They work with the tasks of Ukrainian companies and organizations, including Ukrposhta, WOG, Yasno, Epicenter and the Return Alive Foundation. In general, systems are processed over 450,000 requests each month — about one request every six seconds.

According to the results presented by the company, in some scenarios the use of AI allows Reduce manual labor when processing documents up to 90%, and the accuracy of operations reaches 99.5%. At the same time, one of the main conclusions of the speech was the importance of qualitative data: the result of AI directly depends on how structured, verified and protected the information base of the enterprise is.
