IT-Enterprise shared its AI-first vision for the transformation of Ukrainian business
CEO and founder of IT-Enterprise Oleg Shcherbatenko shared his vision of the key challenges and trends of digital transformation of Ukrainian companies in an interview with Delo.ua. Among the main topics are the staff shortage, the use of artificial intelligence to automate business processes, the rejection of Russian software, and the transition of Ukrainian enterprises to the AI-first model.
In the interview , the company also presented a number of practical results. In particular, the AI assistant ‘Marko’, developed for Ukrposhta, processed over 26 thousand documents in the first three months with a claimed accuracy of 99.5%. Other IT-Enterprise AI solutions already help businesses analyze tenders, work with candidate resumes and supplier proposals, and find new sales opportunities.
A separate topic was the replacement of Russian software with Ukrainian solutions. According to IT-Enterprise, more than 65 thousand users have already switched to the MASTER line of products, and in 2026 the company will record an average of more than 60 new connections per month..

IT-Enterprise and UADUT start a new partnership to develop Ukrainian DefenseTech
Another IT-Enterprise news was partnership with UADUT cluster. On August 27, the parties signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at technologically strengthening Ukrainian manufacturers DefenseTech and MilTech and developing the production of dual-use products.
The focus of the cooperation is on automation and digitalization of production and management processes, implementation of AI assistants, exchange of technological expertise, joint educational events and consultations for manufacturers. A separate area is assistance to Ukrainian companies in scaling and preparing to enter international markets.
IT-Enterprise already has experience in automation and digitalization of technological processes for more than 50 Ukrainian defense companies. The partnership with UADUT should help scale the accumulated expertise and support the transition of Ukrainian DefenseTech from individual developments and small-scale production to systemic industrial growth.

Bosch Rexroth expands ctrlX OS Ecosystem with new partnership
Bosch Rexroth has announced a new OEM partner for its ctrlX OS Ecosystem — Grossenbacher Automation AG. The company adds its own smart panels, web panels, and smart controllers to the ecosystem for mechanical engineering, industrial equipment, and other automation tasks.
The new partnership expands the possibilities of creating turnkey solutions based on a single software platform, ctrlX OS. Grossenbacher equipment allows for the implementation of various machine concepts – with HMI and control both in a single device and at separate system levels.
For ecosystem users, this means a wider selection of compatible components, reduced engineering costs through standardized solutions, faster equipment commissioning, and the ability to create flexible and scalable automation architectures.

INFOCOM Ltd opens new opportunities for the development of engineering competencies
INFOCOM Ltd is holding new training programs for industrial automation and design specialists in September. The company forms small online groups by direction EPLAN Electric P8 and Siemens, focused on engineers, designers, PLC programmers and automation system specialists.
An in-depth BASIC I + BASIC II course is planned for EPLAN, which should help specialists systematize their skills in working with EPLAN Electric P8 and apply them in real projects. Siemens training will cover the TIA-SYSUP and ST-7PRO1 areas.
An important component of the programs is their practical orientation: training is conducted by INFOCOM Ltd engineers who work directly with industrial and international projects.
