IT-Enterprise: How Ukrainian Miltech Overcomes BarScaling eras
Company IT-ENTERPRISE conducted a specialized webinar dedicated to the digital transformation of enterprises of the defense-industrial complex. Experts from the company Roman Yavorsky and Taras Kakhniy told why, at the stage of rapid growth, traditional approaches to production management stop working, and the ERP platform becomes a necessary basis for scaling business.
During the webinar, the practical results of the implementation of digital solutions at Ukrainian enterprises were presented. Among them – reducing the time of preparation of technical documentation, accelerating the redevelopment of production, optimization of inventories and increasing the transparency of management. A separate unit was devoted to the use of AI-agents that automate work with documentation, technical data and forecast maintenance of equipment, allowing to compensate for the shortage of engineering staff and increase production productivity.
Experts stressed that the effective introduction of artificial intelligence is possible only with a high-quality digital basis – a single information space, standardized processes and a modern ERP-platform. This approach, according to the company, allows Ukrainian Miltech companies to quickly scale production and meet the requirements of international partners and customers.

Infocom: SCADA-Monitoring helps prevent cogeneration units from crashing
Company infocom presented a case of implementation of the SCADA-system for monitoring the cogeneration unit (CSU), which provides continuous control of power equipment in real time. The system monitors key parameters – electric power, temperature, oil pressure, vibration and alarm signals – and allows you to quickly detect deviations before critical situations.
Thanks to the introduction of a single SCADA platform, operators were able to monitor the operation of the cogeneration unit through a single interface, analyze historical data and receive warnings about potential faults. This allowed us to move from a reactive to a proactive approach to equipment maintenance: timely plan the service, minimize the risk of emergency stops and extend the life of the installation.
The case demonstrates how modern digital monitoring systems help companies increase the reliability of energy infrastructure, reduce downtime and make real-time data-based technical decisions.
